Cherish Sunshine International's (HKG:1094) joint chairman, Zhou Xiangtao, resigned effective Monday to devote more time to his other business commitments, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The bulk goods trading company, on the same day, named non-executive Director Zhao Zhijiao as its new joint chair.
