Anhui Quanchai Engine (SHA:600218) completed the deregistration for wholly-owned unit Wuhan Quanchai Power as part of efforts to optimize resources and improve management efficiency.
The subsidiary, established in 1999, had no ongoing business activities and recorded continued losses in 2024 and the first half of 2025, according to a filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of the engine equipment manufacturer closed 4% higher on Monday.
