路透华盛顿11月17日 - 穆迪公司周一将六旗娱乐公司FUN.N的信用评级进一步下调至垃圾级，理由是这家游乐园所有者的经营业绩疲软。

穆迪的分析师在一份报告中 指出，六旗公司的 盈利能力较弱，并且在 2024 年 7 月与同行雪松游乐园合并后面临 "整合挑战"。
"分析师写道："六旗公司疲软的经营业绩导致其信用指标大大低于我们在合并时的预期。
穆迪预测，到 2025 年底，六旗公司的债务杠杆将会增加。
穆迪表示，六旗公司即将到期的债务将在未来一年半内带来迫切的现金需求。分析师指出，该公司价值 10 亿美元的优先无担保票据将于 2027 年 4 月到期。
不过，穆迪预测 六旗公司在此期间 将保持足够的流动资金来偿还债务。
