Taitron Components (TAIT) disclosed late Friday that it plans to voluntarily delist from the Nasdaq Stock Market, citing its board's conclusion that the costs of maintaining the listing outweigh the benefits.

Shares sank 45% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 728,000 from a daily average of about 461,000.

Dell Technologies (DELL) slumped 8.3% intraday amid heavy trading after Morgan Stanley (MS) downgraded the company's stock rating to underweight from overweight.

The investment bank also lowered its price target for Dell to $110 from $144.

Shares of Dell dropped 8.8%, with intraday trading volume at over 10.2 million versus the stock's daily average of about 7 million.

Morgan Stanley also downgraded Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) to equalweight from overweight, while adjusting its price target to $25 from $28.

Shares were 9% lower as intraday trading volume climbed to more than 25.6 million from a daily average of roughly 29.9 million.
