Fletcher Building (NZE:FBU, ASX:FBU) confirmed it is in talks with several parties as part of a strategic review of its residential and development business, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
The company is assessing a range of possible outcomes for the unit, including potential divestment options, the filing said.
Shares of the company fell nearly 1% in recent Tuesday trade in New Zealand.
