智通财经APP讯，HOME CONTROL(01747)发布公告，于2025年11月18日(交易时段前)，本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，本公司已委任配售代理，而配售代理已有条件同意按竭尽所能基准促使不少于6名承配人认购最多2842.4万股配售股份，配售价为每股配售股份3.80港元。
配售股份占扩大后公司已发行股本约5.31%，配售价为每股配售股份3.80港元较2025年11月17日收市价每股4.69港元折让约18.98%。
假设所有配售股份均获悉数配售，待完成后，配售事项的所得款项总额预期约为1.08亿港元，而配售事项所得款项净额预期合共约为1.06亿港元。按此基准，配售价净额将约为每股配售股份3.74港元。
