消息面上，据中环控股集团官微消息，11月15日，中环新能源控股集团与美国海明威家族基金会旗下盈智海明威增长收益基金达成全球战略合作伙伴关系。双方将构建长期稳定的互利联盟，通过资本赋能、市场协同、技术互补，加速中环新能源全球化布局。作为合作核心，盈智海明威增长收益基金或其关联方将以产业投资方身份，认购并长期持有中环新能源不超过20%的股权，交易将在符合相关法律法规的前提下，以公正公平方式推进完成。
