Symal Group CFO Resigns; Shares Up 3%

Symal Group (ASX:SYL) said that Chief Financial Officer Geoff Trumbull has resigned to pursue new professional opportunities, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

David Gill, group finance manager, has been appointed interim CFO while a search for a permanent replacement is underway, per the filing.

Trumbull will remain with the company until after the release of the half-year results in February 2026 to ensure continuity and stability, the filing added.

The company's shares were up almost 3% in recent Monday trade.
