周二经过数小时故障后，网络安全公司Cloudflare Inc．的全球网络服务中断问题已得到解决。

　　此次故障导致包括美国主要能源监管机构、ChatGPT、新泽西州交通局及社交媒体平台X在内的众多网站一度陷入瘫痪。截至纽约时间上午10点，ChatGPT和X等服务已恢复正常。

　　Cloudflare发言人表示，公司于美国东部时间上午6：20左右发现某项服务出现“异常流量激增”，导致部分经由其网络传输的数据出现错误。据该公司称，该问题已在六小时内修复。

　　Cloudflare发言人Jackie Dutton在声明中表示，此次故障源于一个用于管理威胁流量的自动生成配置文件。声明称，目前没有证据表明存在网络攻击或恶意活动。

　　“该文件的条目数量超出预期规模，导致处理Cloudflare多项服务流量的软件系统崩溃，”Dutton解释道。

　　该公司过去几年曾多次遭遇服务中断。

　　2019年7月，Cloudflare的软件漏洞导致网络部分模块过度消耗公司计算资源，致使包括Discord、Shopify Inc．、SoundCloud和Coinbase在内的全球数千个网站离线长达30分钟。2022年6月，Cloudflare遭遇服务中断，其19个数据中心的流量受到影响，主要网站及服务也因此基本瘫痪，此次事件持续约一个半小时。

　　全球大量企业使用Cloudflare的软件，该软件在企业网站与终端用户之间形成缓冲层，保护网站免受流量过载攻击的侵害。
