智通财经APP讯，星太链集团(00399)发布公告，于2025年11月14日，本公司接获联交所的函件(该函件)，通知本公司其作出的决定，即经考虑联交所可得资料(包括本公司的提呈文件)，根据第13.24条的规定，本公司未能维持足够的运营水平和足够价值的资产支持其运营，令其股份得以继续上市，并将根据上市规则第6.01(3)条，于2025年11月26日暂停本公司股份买卖(该决定)，除非本公司根据其在第2B章项下的权利申请复核该决定。经审阅该决定函件，本公司董事会已决定要求将该决定提交上市委员会复核，并正在编制相关要求函件。
