路透上海11月17日 - 中国股市沪综指周一早盘略低开，投资者关注政策表态和最新的地缘动态。
沪综指.SSEC早盘略低开0.1%，至3,988.56点，沪深300指数.CSI300低开0.2%。
中国财政部长蓝佛安最新表示，“十五五”（2026-2030年）时期，财政政策“力度要给足”，坚持积极取向，加强逆周期和跨周期调节，根据形势变化，合理确定赤字率和举债规模。蓝佛安接受新华社采访表示，组合运用预算、税收、政府债券、转移支付等工具，用好政策空间，保持支出强度，形成对经济社会发展的持续支撑。
美国财政部长贝森特在上周日播出的讲话中表示，中美之间的稀土协议"有望"在感恩节前达成。贝森特还驳斥华尔街日报最近的一篇报导。该报导称中国官员计划限制与美国军方有联系的公司获得稀土。
美国华尔街股市上周五涨跌互现，投资者关注Nvidia(英伟达/辉达)周三将公布的季度业绩，同时担心美联储可能在12月暂停降息。（完）
