BlockBeats 消息，11 月 17 日，据财新报道，6 万枚 BTC 洗钱案主犯钱志敏被捕时被警方缴获一数字设备。2025 年 9 月刑事审判开庭前夕，其交出该设备的访问代码和两个加密钱包的密码，最终警方发现除 6.1 万枚比特币之外，其还持有其他价值总计 6700 万英镑的比特币和 XRP。
此前报道，2014 年 6 月，钱志敏指使其“前台人物”为自己开立账户，动用 1.8 亿元投资者资金购买了 100250 枚比特币；此后，该账户的比特币增至 143951 枚。2017 年 1 月至 6 月间，她又通过场外交易（OTC）以 4.68 亿元投资者资金购入 51000 枚比特币。至此，钱志敏共计买入 194951 枚比特币。
