11月19日，汇通达网络（09878）发布公告，公司近日发现，解除劳动关系后，倪娟曾以公司副总裁、董事会秘书的名义发表相关言论。公司澄清，倪娟不再担任公司任何高级管理人员职务，董事会已确认解聘倪娟。
公司于2025年6月30日与倪娟解除劳动关系，董事会于2025年9月15日通过了解聘公司副总裁及董事会秘书倪娟的议案。
倪娟于2023年9月20日经董事会任命为副总裁兼董事会秘书。2023年12月20日，倪娟在广汇能源（600256）担任董事会秘书期间，其配偶进行短线交易，被采取出具警示函的行政监管措施。2024年11月18日，新疆证监局公告，倪娟因在广汇能源担任董事会秘书期间未能勤勉尽责，对广汇能源违规行为负有责任，受到出具警示函的监管措施。2025年1月11日，上交所就该等违规事项对倪娟作通报批评。
