智通财经APP获悉，威廉·布莱尔公司分析师表示，雅培(ABT.US)若想收购精密科学(EXAS.US)，报价很可能需超过每股100美元。此前有报道称，雅培正在洽谈收购以结肠癌检测产品Cologuard闻名的精密科学。
在市场传出谈判消息后，精密科学股价飙涨21%至约84美元/股，交易可能在未来数日内达成。
威廉·布莱尔分析师安德鲁·布拉克曼在周三的报告中写道，"从估值角度看，我们认为收购估值需达到远期销售额的6至7倍，""这较当前不足5倍的估值溢价超过35%，较五年平均约5.6倍的估值溢价约20%，并与规模较小但增长势头相当的盈利实验室估值区间相符。"
巴克莱分析师卢克·瑟戈特在周三的报告中表示，"总体而言，在细节有限的情况下，精密科学将提供坚实的品牌基础和进军更广泛肿瘤筛查市场的强大桥头堡。"
