Vaxfab Enterprises (BOM:542803) has acquired a controlling stake in Eklingji Tradelink at 10 rupees per share, making the entity its wholly owned subsidiary, according to a Tuesday filing.
The acquisition is aimed at strategic expansion and diversification, the company said in the filing.
Shares of Vaxfab rose 2% in Wednesday's trade.
