ChainCatcher 消息，前 BlackRock 数字资产团队员工 Kevin Tang 和 Wyatt Raich 联合创立的区块链驱动交易平台 HelloTrade 宣布完成 460 万美元首轮融资，由 Dragonfly Capital 领投，Mirana Ventures 参投，并获得天使投资者支持。
HelloTrade 旨在通过加密技术为全球投资者提供美国资产投资渠道，解决海外用户难以购买美股等传统投资产品的问题。该平台还提供永续期货交易服务，为用户提供超出平台现金的资产敞口。Kevin Tang 曾担任 BlackRock 数字资产团队高级总监，Wyatt Raich 曾任该公司数字资产实验室工程主管，两人在任期间参与开发了 iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) 和 iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHA) ETF 产品。HelloTrade 产品预计将于今年年底或明年年初正式上线。
