南方财经11月20日电，汇通达网络（9878.HK）被解聘董秘倪娟发布声明表示，汇通达网络公告部分内容严重失实，其本人不存在隐瞒违规事实入职，公司已对其进行背调。对于汇通达网络关于“未达成绩效目标，不能胜任岗位工作”的表述，倪娟也认为与事实完全不符。其自 2023 年7月入职后，2024年度的四个季度、半年度及全年度的绩效考均结果为“合格”乃至“优秀”，2025 年第一季度亦超额达成考核目标。然而，在2025年第二季度，公司单方面修改了考核指标，为其考核达标设置人为障碍。为维护自身合法权益，倪娟与汇通达的争议案件现已正式向南京市玄武区人民法院提起诉讼，案号:(2025)苏0102民初16479号，目前该案件正在审理中。
