BUZZ-Australia's <a href="https://laohu8.com/S/CHC.AU">Charter Hall</a> hits near 3-month high on FY26 outlook upgrade
** Shares of Charter Hall GroupCHC.AX rise as much as 7.9% to A$23.9, their highest level since August 27
** Stock set for its strongest trading session since April 10, if current trends hold
** The property investment and funds management firm raises FY26 operating earnings per security (OEPS) outlook by 5.5% to 95 Australian cents per security
** Co also sees distribution forecast of 50.7 Australian cents per security in FY26
** We rate CHC a "buy", and expect the forecast upgrade to result in future earnings upgrades - Citi
** Stock up 65.2% YTD, including the session's moves
