Ceva Shares Fall After Public Stock Offering

Shares of Ceva were down Wednesday after the company said it planned to sell 3 million of its shares valued at roughly $58.5 million.

Shares fell 7% to $18.80, and are down 41% year-to-date.

The company said it agreed to sell 3 million shares of common stock to the public at $19.50 a share.

Ceva gave the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 450,000 shares.

The company said it plans to use proceeds for potential acquisitions or investments in complementary technologies or businesses and other general corporate purposes.
