消息面上，近期10月美国CPI和就业数据因政府停摆未能发布，且由于缺乏实际调查，“可能永远不会发布”。与此同时，多位美联储官员进行了偏鹰表态，称是否应降息仍不确定。受此影响，市场降息预期显著降温，12月议息会议降息的概率再度下滑，现已低至42.9%，较10月中旬下降近50个百分点。
天风证券发布研报称，截止6月30日，中远海发的人民币定息借款为51亿元，美元定息借款14亿美元(相当于人民币101亿元)，浮动利率人民币借款为104亿元，浮动利率美元借款为69亿美元(相当于人民币497亿元)。我们判断，如果美联储降息，浮动利率美元借款的利息费用有望直接下降，美元利率下降1pct，利息支出有望减少近5亿元，对利润总额的影响较大。
