ChainCatcher 消息，美国白宫目前正在审查美国财政部提交的拟议规则，该规则将使美国加入国际性的加密资产报告框架（CARF）。一旦批准并实施，该框架将允许美国国税局（IRS）自动获取美国公民在海外加密货币账户的交易信息，以打击国际税务逃避。
CARF 是由经济合作与发展组织（OECD）于 2022 年创建的全球协议，旨在通过成员国之间的信息自动交换，提高加密资产交易的透明度。美国总统特朗普的顾问此前已发布报告，建议美国采纳 CARF，认为这将阻止美国纳税人将数字资产转移到海外数字资产交易所，并促进美国数字资产市场的发展。
CARF 已被包括大多数 G7 成员国和主要加密中心（如新加坡、阿联酋）在内的数十个国家签署采纳，其全球实施计划于 2027 年开始进行信息交换。白宫强调，拟议的 CARF 规则不应对去中心化金融（DeFi）交易施加任何新的报告要求。
