11月19日，氢能概念股全线走高，重塑能源涨超36%，国富氢能涨近10%，亿华通涨超4%。
消息面上，进入11月以来，国家层面已密集出台7份明确支持绿色氢氨醇产业发展的政策文件。国金证券指出，国家层面连续出台具有战略协同性的政策文件，从系统定位、发展路径与制度基础多维度推动绿氢氨醇产业走向成熟；SOFC需求确定性强，行业发展趋势明晰，无惧短期波动。
中银国际发布研报称，电能替代有望打开绿氢需求空间，关注下游氢基能源应用渗透率提升，绿电-绿氢-绿色燃料产业关系正在逐步理顺，产业发展初期绿色燃料有望享受溢价，建议关注氢能设备、绿色燃料运营环节。
