　　贝壳近期发布业绩，第三季度总交易额（GTV）达7367亿元，净收入增长2.1%至231亿元，净利润7.47亿元，经调整净利润12.86亿元。美银证券发表研报指，贝壳第三季营收为231亿元，同比增长2%，符合市场共识；调整后净利润13亿元，优于预期；家居装修与租赁业务均开始产生显著利润。

　　中金公司维持贝壳“跑赢行业”评级，该行指出，贝壳第三季收入同比增长2.1%至231亿元，符合市场预期；经调整净利润12.9亿元，超出市场预期，主要得益于有效的费用管控。中金公司看好贝壳一站式居住服务平台的竞争力及发展前景，认为公司降本增效的成果以及主营业务和新业务均具备中长期盈利弹性。
