智通财经APP获悉，知情人士消息称，奈飞(NFLX.US)已向华纳兄弟探索公司(WBD.US)管理层表示，若成功收购后者旗下影视制作与流媒体业务，将继续在影院发行其电影。
知情人士称，华纳兄弟已签订在影院发行电影的合同协议，奈飞将遵守这些协议。
迄今为止，奈飞一直拒绝在影院发行其电影，并在未采取此类措施的情况下发展成为好莱坞最大制片厂的竞争对手。收购华纳兄弟深厚的电影资料库的可能性以及合同义务，已使其软化反对立场。
华纳兄弟上月收到包括派拉蒙天舞公司在内的收购意向后，决定出售自身。奈飞和NBC环球母公司康卡斯特对该公司的制片厂和流媒体业务感兴趣。竞标截止日期为周四。
对奈飞而言，与华纳兄弟的交易将是其有史以来最大规模的收购。公司高管已向华纳兄弟管理层做了陈述。
