#北京今年新开商业体面积超100万平#【北京商业体“持续上新”｜XIN消费•商业焕新】这两年，“上新”成了北京商业一个绕不开的关键词。既有新开的商业体，有爆改的老商场，北京的商业正在以多中心、网络化、差异化的布局开启全新的发展周期。曾几何时，北京的商业呈现中心强周边弱的态势，但是这一局面如今已经被改变。在刚刚过去的金九银十，北京多家商业体开业，他们有的在昌平，有的在海淀，有的在大兴，也有远在房山。如今，北京商业的多中心化格局正在逐步完善。2025年前三季度，全市新开大型商业设施面积超100万平方米，昌平区超极合生汇西区、海淀区中关村ART PARK大融城、京东MALL、西城区中海大吉巷等商业相继开业。这些项目的落成，标志着北京商业从单中心向多中心转变，从聚焦城六区向全域覆盖转变。这些商业体不仅满足了周边居民的消费需求，更是自带“网红”卖点，引流能力爆表。文/北京青年报记者 张鑫 实习生 刘熙媛编辑/北京青年报记者 张鑫制作/实习生 刘熙媛
