　　靖洋集团宣布，要约人 Watlow Electric Manufacturing Company 建议以计划方式，通过建议注销所有计划股份，将该公司私有化。注销价现金每股0.245港元，较停牌前收市价0.131港元溢价约87%，计划生效后，该公司将按例向联交所由请撤销股份上市地位。要约人及一致行动人为杨名翔、台仪投资事业、魏弘丽、林衍伯及范强生。要约人集团乃世界级工业技术集团，致力开发应用于各类高要求工业领域之先进热系统。
