Bromat Submits Subsidiary's Tax Documents After Director Receives Charge

Investment holding firm Bromat (SGX:9I7) said it has submitted the required accounts and tax documents for its subsidiary NSB Hotpot to the Comptroller of Income Tax, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore bourse.

The submission follows a charge issued to Bromat's acting chief executive officer and executive director, Tan Keng Tiong, over the late filing for the 2024 assessment year.
