智通财经APP讯，益美国际控股(01870)发布公告，于2025年11月18日，本公司全资附属公司翠御发展有限公司(翠御发展)与 Gainza Energy Corporation(GEC)订立共同开发协议。根据共同开发协议，翠御发展及GEC拟成立一间合营企业公司或特殊目的实体(项目公司)，以于菲律宾南甘马粦省布希区(Buhi, Camarines Sur of the Philippines)开发40兆瓦时渔光互补光伏电站项目(开发项目)。于订立共同开发协议前，GEC已就开发项目向菲律宾能源部提交申请太阳能营运合约的意向函。
董事会相信，共同开发协议体现订约双方于本集团绿色电力能源领域持续合作的努力及承诺，完全符合本集团于东南亚扩展绿色电力能源业务的商业目标，并反映本集团成为该等地区主要绿色电力能源生产商的愿景。
