欧元区政府债券收益率在开盘小幅上涨后转跌，目前与下跌的美国国债收益率走势一致。不过，欧元区和美国国债收益率的波动仍然受限。

　　荷兰国际集团（ING）利率策略师在一份报告中表示，随着美国政府停摆结束，“本周我们应该会开始看到更多数据，数据发布前后可能会出现一些波动。“

　　他们称：“市场消化的12月降息可能性目前在50%左右，这意味着任何数据都可能轻易改变局面。“

　　这些策略师表示，欧元区利率可能会保持区间波动，直到GDP等硬数据也描绘出更强劲的增长前景。

　　根据Tradeweb的数据，10年期德国国债收益率小幅下跌0.3个基点，至2.708%，10年期美国国债收益率下跌1.1个基点，至4.136%。
