SUTL Enterprise (SGX:BHU) issued and allotted 125,000 at SG$0.5 per share pursuant to the exercise of options under its share option scheme 2011, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The new shares are expected to be listed and quoted on Nov. 21.
Shares of the company were down nearly 5% in Wednesday trading.
