路透11月19日 - 华纳音乐集团WMG.O周三表示，已与人工智能公司Udio就版权侵权案达成和解，并将联合推出一个新的人工智能歌曲创作平台。
华纳的这一协议是继 竞争对手环球音乐集团（Universal Music Group）与 Udio上月达成类似和解 (link) ，解决了指控这家初创公司未经许可使用受版权保护的录音来训练其模型的诉讼，而此时人工智能生成的歌曲激增，增加了业界明确标注此类内容的压力。
对于唱片公司来说，与人工智能开发商签订此类协议提供了一个扩大收入来源、降低诉讼成本以及利用先进的人工智能工具加速歌曲开发的机会。
根据华纳与 Udio 的协议，两家公司计划在 2026 年推出一个音乐生成平台，该平台将根据授权和获得许可的录音进行训练并提供输出。
