基督教垂直领域科技平台 Gloo 于周三在纳斯达克挂牌上市，其股价开盘较首次公开发行（IPO）定价上涨 0.6%，公司估值由此达到 5.859 亿美元。
这家总部位于美国科罗拉多州博尔德市的企业，股票开盘价为每股 8.05 美元，而其 IPO 发行价为每股 8 美元。Gloo 此次通过发行 910 万股股票筹集了 7280 万美元资金，发行价低于此前公布的每股 10 至 12 美元的发行区间。
在纽约市场，宗教相关企业的 IPO 极为罕见。专注于 IPO 研究及交易所交易基金（ETF）业务的机构复兴资本（Renaissance Capital）表示，过去五年间，该领域尚无任何企业上市的记录。
Gloo 成立于 2013 年，主要为超过 14 万名宗教界人士、神职人员及非营利组织负责人提供人工智能驱动的工具与内容服务。
