智通财经APP讯，集一控股(01495)发布公告，于2025年11月7日，公司接获联交所发出的函件，当中指出联交所上市委员会已决议根据上市规则第6.01A(1)条取消股份的上市地位，原因为上市委员会决定公司未能于2025年10月1日之前满足所有复牌指引以及于联交所恢复股份买卖。其中，在所有复牌指引中，交易所认为公司未能证明遵守第13.24条规则，及未能遵守第8.16条规则有关股份过户登记人的任命的要求。此外，公司所审阅该决定并与专业顾问讨论后，已于2025年11月18日提出请求，要求将该决定提交上市复核委员会进行复核。
