南财智讯11月18日电，纷美包装（00468.HK）公告，本公司股份已由2025年2月19日上午九时正起暂停买卖，并将维持暂停买卖直至另行通知。董事会就复牌指引的最新进展作出更新，包括特别调查后续行动及财务业绩编制情况。针对独立调查报告中发现的内部控制缺陷，公司已委任内部控制顾问对内部控制政策进行全面审查，目前审查工作正在进行中。同时，特别调查委员会正敲定第二阶段独立调查的范围，以应对监管对管理层诚信、胜任能力及/或品格的关切，但尚未与调查人达成具法律约束力的协议。在财务方面，董事会正积极与核数师沟通，推进2024年度全年业绩的审核工作，并已在编制2025年中期业绩方面取得进展。公司将适时发布进一步公告。股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时应审慎行事。
