南财智讯11月19日电，百利天恒公告，公司近期与中国银行股份有限公司四川省分行签署战略合作协议。中国银行四川省分行承诺在符合国家相关法律法规及信贷审批条件的前提下，为支持公司发展战略，累计提供总额不低于80.00亿元等值人民币的综合授信支持。双方还将在境内外资本市场运作、跨境金融与国际业务合作、创新金融服务与产业链金融、个人金融服务领域展开深度合作。本次签约有助于公司加快推进在全球生物医药前沿领域的战略布局，巩固在抗体偶联药物（ADC）、多特异性抗体等领域的全球领先优势，为公司后续发展提供重要的金融支持。本协议项下涉及的具体业务需另行签订合同，并履行相应决策程序，敬请投资者注意投资风险。
