格隆汇11月18日丨荣利营造(09639.HK)公告，基于对集团未经审计综合管理账目的初步评估，集团预期截至2025年9月30日止六个月(“该期间”)将录得股东应占溢利不超过2000万港元。上述预测股东应占溢利较2024年同期的股东应占溢利约3754万港元下跌约47%。 股东应占溢利下跌乃主要归因于(i)新能源业务的销售及营销开支增加；(ii)若干建筑项目于该期间已接近各自的竣工阶段(因此，相关项目的大部分收益及溢利已于该期间之前确认)；及(iii)其他最近授予的合同项目现处于初始阶段，于该期间尚未确认任何溢利。作为集团处于初始阶段的建筑项目的前瞻性举措，预期该等项目可支持集团的可持续及长期增长。尽管集团的努力尚未充分发挥效益，但董事相信该等资源可为集团的未来奠定稳固的基础。
