东软睿新集团（09616）发布公告，宣布于2025年11月19日与华禹建设签订了多个施工合同。
具体而言，公司并表联属实体广东学院与华禹建设签订的合同涉及广东东软学院国际交流中心项目D、E座，合同暂定代价为9800万元；成都学院与华禹建设的合同则涉及都江堰市青城山东软数字艺术发展中心建设项目，合同暂定代价为5500万元；大连学院与华禹建设签订的大连睿康康复医院项目合同，暂定代价为3000万元。
公告指出，广东学院和成都学院的施工合同由于合并计算后超出5%但低于25%，因此构成须予披露的交易，需遵守相关通知及公告规定，但获豁免遵守通函及独立股东批准的要求。这些合同的签署是为了满足不断增长的在校生需求，并确保工程质量。
