Stockland (ASX:SGP) started the construction of a new logistics facility at its Yennora Distribution Center, an intermodal terminal in New South Wales, according to a Thursday statement by the company.
DP World, operator of the terminal, will expand its operations into the new facility, the statement said.
The facility is expected to be completed in late 2026, the statement added.
