Deep Yellow (ASX:DYL) received notice that Washington H. Soul Pattinson (ASX:SOL) became substantial holders of the company on Nov. 18, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Washington H. Soul Pattinson owns 114.6 million shares in the company, representing 11.778% of total voting power, the filing said.
The shares of Deep Yellow rose around 8% in recent Thursday trade.
