智通财经APP讯，云迹(02670)发布公告，公司已于2025年11 月18日向中国证监会提交申请，内容有关将其全部境内未上市股份转换为公司H股。于取得所有相关批准(包括中国证监会及联交所的批准)及遵守所有适用法律、法规及规则后，该等未上市股份将转换为H 股，而公司将申请批准该等H股于联交所主板上市及买卖。根据公司的公司章程，毋须就批准转换及上市另行召开股东会。
集团是领先的机器人服务AI赋能技术企业。尽管本次申请由相关未上市股份的股东提议启动，但公司认为参与H股全流通对公司及其股东均具有积极意义。完成转换及上市后，公司可交易H股的比例及市值将提升，H股股东结构将进一步多元化，且公司的企业形象及声誉亦将因实行转换及上市而获益。此外，完成转换及上市后，公司未来或可被纳入沪港通及深港通机制，这将扩大公司的投资者人数，加强与中国内地交易所的互联互通，吸引更多海内外投资者。
