智通财经APP讯，荣丰亿控股(03683)发布公告，本集团在报告期间(截至2025年9月30日止6个月)预计将取得不少于约310万美元的公司拥有人应占亏损。与截至2024年9月30日的6个月(去年同期)的约750万美元亏损相比，公司拥有人应占亏损减少了约440万美元或58.7%。
报告期间公司拥有人应占亏损大幅减少主要是由于以下因素造成：(i) 出售物业、厂房及设备的亏损减少约240万美元;及(ii) 在报告期间确认物业、厂房及设备减值亏损拨回约110万美元，而去年同期物业、厂房及设备减值亏损拨备约110万美元。
