StubHub(STUB.US)被盯上!英国监管调查八大票务平台“水滴定价”玩法

智通财经APP获悉,英国反垄断监管机构近日对StubHub(STUB.US)和Viagogo等八家在线票务经销商启动系列调查,这是根据旨在保护网购消费者权益的强化新规开展的首批案件。

英国竞争与市场管理局(CMA)周二发布声明称,已针对“水滴定价”和压力销售等在线销售策略展开多项调查。该监管机构表示已对八家企业启动执法程序,并向另外100家企业发送了警示函。

资料显示,水滴定价指商家在网络交易中分阶段逐步公开费用的定价策略,通常先以低初始价格吸引消费者,再在后续环节逐步添加附加费用。这种策略常见于旅游业、票务销售等领域。压力销售则通过设置倒计时计时器等制造紧迫感来促进消费者快速决策。

根据今年早些时候生效的新规,向消费者展示误导性价格或使用倒计时计时器等销售策略已被明令禁止。CMA负责人Sarah Cardell表示:“这只是我们工作的开端。任何违反消费者法规的企业都应清楚,我们将坚决制止违法行为,保护消费者和合法经营企业的利益。”
