智通财经APP获悉，内房股午后跌幅扩大，截至发稿，新城发展(01030)跌3.86%，报2.24港元；融信中国(03301)跌3.64%，报0.159港元；绿城中国(03900)跌3.57%，报8.91港元；融创中国(01918)跌2.22%，报1.32港元。
消息面上，国家统计局发布2025年10月份70个大中城市商品住宅销售价格变动情况。70大中城市新房价格环比下降0.5%，为去年10月来最大跌幅；二手房价格环比下降0.7%。中银证券指出，70城房价环比跌幅扩大，首次出现所有城市二手房房价持续下跌的情形；但一二线城市跌幅并未扩大。
汇丰发布研报称，房地产市场情绪降温，陷入政策空窗期。在经历复苏后，部分不利现象开始浮现，例如高端住宅市场疲弱，反映政府推动居住品质改善及提高住屋需求的努力，或不足以稳定新楼市场。该行认为，在政策预期低迷下，任何政策消息均可能被视为利好。
