China Development Bank International Investment's (HKG:1062) chairman, Lu Yanpo, resigned effective Monday due to work adjustment, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Shares of the lender were down nearly 3% in Tuesday afternoon trading.
The firm on the same day named non-executive Director Li Yixuan as its new chair.
