智通财经APP讯，进升集团控股(01581)发公告，预计集团于截至2025年9月30日止6个月取得公司拥有人应占溢利不超过320万港元，而2024年同期则取得公司拥有人应占溢利约1220万港元。
董事会认为，预期溢利减少主要归因于(其中包括)以下因素：(i)本期间收入较2024年同期约4.8亿港元减少约25%，主要由于本期间建筑工程及建筑机械租赁活动(尤其是与三跑道系统及启德体育园有关的活动)减少，以及建筑市场普遍低迷;及(ii)本期间毛利率下跌，此乃由于市场竞争激烈，对定价构成压力并降低整体盈利能力。
