ChainCatcher 消息，法国兴业银行 (Société Générale) 的加密业务部门 SG-FORGE 宣布在美国完成首个基于区块链的数字债券发行，扩大其在链上资本市场的业务布局。
此次发行的短期债券与担保隔夜融资利率 (SOFR) 挂钩，由交易公司 DRW 购买。该数字债券采用 Broadridge Financial Solutions 的代币化技术，运行在由 Digital Asset 开发的隐私支持型区块链基础设施 Canton Network 上。这是 Broadridge 新平台首次用于实时证券发行，而 Canton Network 则实现了即时结算同时保留传统金融的法律结构。法国兴业银行表示，自 2019 年起已在欧洲数字债券领域活跃，此次交易为进军美国市场铺平道路，未来可能推动更复杂产品如结构性票据的链上发行。
