Chorus Prices 400 Million Euros Notes Issue

Chorus (NZE:CNU, ASX:CNU) priced an issuance of 400 million euros in 3.529% notes due Dec. 5, 2026, under its existing euro medium-term note program, according to a Friday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.

The proceeds will be used to refinance existing notes and for general corporate purposes, per the filing.

Shares of the company fell 1% in recent Friday trade in New Zealand.
