Poland - Factors to Watch November 21

PZU

PZU PZU.WA, the largest Polish insurance company in the region, expects that, despite lower interest rates and higher corporate income tax will result in banks contributing less to the group's results, the target of 6.2 billion zlotys ($1.69 billion) net profit in 2027 seems within the company's reach, Puls Biznesu daily reported.

ORLEN

The chief executive of Polish energy group Orlen PKN.WA, Ireneusz Fafara, said on Thursday he was optimistic about the company's arbitration case against U.S. liquefied natural gas supplier Venture Global VG.N.

DEBT

On Friday at 1030 the Polish Ministry of Finance will hold an auction of bonds worth 6.0-10.0 billion zlotys ($1.63 billion-$2.72 billion).
