南方财经11月24日电，天眼查工商信息显示，近日，东风汽车金融有限公司发生工商变更，冯长军卸任法定代表人、董事长，由丁国祥接任，同时，部分主要人员也发生变更。该公司成立于2006年6月，注册资本50亿人民币，经营范围为汽车金融服务。股东信息显示，该公司由东风汽车集团股份有限公司全资持股。据媒体报道，11月21日，北京金融监管局发布《关于丁国祥东风汽车金融有限公司董事长任职资格的批复》，核准丁国祥东风汽车金融有限公司董事长的任职资格。
