芬兰电信公司诺基亚公司正与特朗普政府合作，对美国的制造和研发追加40亿美元投资，以优化其网络基础设施，从而适应人工智能（AI）。
该公司周五表示，计划投入35亿美元用于美国国内研发，重点是开发以新泽西州诺基亚贝尔实验室为中心的、适用于AI的移动、固定接入、IP、光纤和数据中心网络技术。
另外5亿美元将用于新泽西州、得州和宾夕法尼亚州的制造和研发。
诺基亚是在特朗普政府治下增加美国国内AI支出的最新一家公司。自1月份以来，Anthropic、OpenAI、甲骨文、软银、Meta和苹果都已宣布在美国建设AI基础设施的重大承诺，其中一些承诺的金额高达数千亿美元。
商务部长卢特尼克说：“诺基亚的40亿美元投资是特朗普政府为美国取得的又一胜利。他们对光芯片的制造、封装和研发的投资意味着，为AI、数据中心和关键国家安全应用提供支持的最具创新性的技术将在美国本土开发和制造。”
